Kawasaki KLE International Meeting 2026

Hello KLE family, I hope the German branch is all good and healthy.

That being said, it is time to start thinking about next year's meeting. First off, the duration of the meeting will be one day shorter then the last three years, reason being that not a lot of people come on thursdays. Anyone who would like to come earlier can do it , no problem.

The meeting would be held like always, last weekend in june (24.06.2026.-26.06.2026.)

Possible location for the meeting next year is “Rizvan city”. I think a change of location is desperatly needed, the past few years have been great but we need to try some new places and routes.

Rizvan city is located in a small village near Gospić and it is an old family farm turned into an adventure-excursion center where they offer groups a multitude of unique and attractive adventure activities.

The great thing about it is that they have a campsite for people who want to come with vans and pitches for people who want to sleep in a tent under the stars!

The prices that they have sent me :

Grandpa Martin's house (fits 16) 25€/night

Bungalows (fits 6x3people) 25€/night

Pitch 12€ plus 4€ for electricity

Breakfast 10€ for the whole group

Dinner ranging from 20-30€ depending on the menu for the whole group.


Now that I have it all laid out I would like to hear your opinions on this. It is a bit more expensive than Krasno but I think it is worth it.

Some things to clarify. The price is not yet 100% fixed and will be in the following couple of days.

There will be a fee for the reservation not required by me but by the establishment which is 30% of the capacity (approx 500e if my calculations are correct)

I still dont know how to deal with this, maybe I will pay it myself and then include the symbolic 15E reservation fee... we will see. What do you think about that?

The price for night stays the same, 25€ per person per night.

As for camping, 15€ + 5€ for electricity per night.

I am still waiting for them to confirm did the food prices stay like last year(10€ for breakfast and 20-30€ for dinner depending on the menu)

Breakfast is 12€, dinner is up to 30€.

They asked for 50% in advance, so I will put my IBAN on the document soon. And your job is to put your names on the list as soon as possible!!😘
